Breaking Cycles and Building Change: A Mom’s Journey Through Life and Leadership
From Raising Daughters to Raising Standards in Change Leadership

As a mother of three beautiful daughters, my life is a delicate balance of nurturing, leading, and transforming—not just at home, but in the professional world too. My journey as a woman, a mother, and a change management professional has been shaped by deep personal history, generational resilience, and an unwavering commitment to growth.
Raising daughters in this world is no small task. Every day, I’m mindful of the example I’m setting—how I carry myself, how I lead through challenge, and how I stay grounded in love, grace, and purpose. My daughters watch me. They absorb the way I respond to adversity, how I advocate for what’s right, and how I speak up in rooms where voices like mine are often overlooked. Motherhood, in many ways, is my most personal leadership development journey.
But my story doesn’t stop at home. Professionally, I found my calling in Organizational Change Management (OCM), helping individuals and organizations navigate change with intention and empathy. Whether it’s transforming outdated systems, guiding leaders through digital modernization, or aligning teams during uncertain times, OCM is the thread that brings clarity and culture together. It’s not just about processes or plans—it’s about people. And that’s where I thrive.
For me, OCM is deeply personal. As someone who has lived through seismic changes—both emotional and structural—I don’t take transition lightly. I understand what it means to lose, to pivot, to rebuild, and to emerge stronger. That perspective shapes the way I show up for clients, teams, and stakeholders. I lead with emotional intelligence, intuition, and strategy. I’ve been the steady hand during chaos and the calm voice in tense boardrooms.
But in order to elevate my impact, I knew I had to invest in myself. That’s why obtaining my Prosci® Change Management Certification was a critical milestone. The Prosci framework gave me the language, structure, and tools to take my experiential knowledge and back it with proven methodology. It validated the years I’ve spent navigating change informally and gave me a globally respected foundation to influence change formally and effectively.
With this certification, I’ve become an even stronger advocate for intentional transformation. I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives, coached executives through resistance, and helped teams embrace new mindsets. Prosci strengthened my ability to build customized strategies that align with business goals and human behavior.
Most importantly, I’ve shown my daughters what’s possible. That you can grow through adversity, invest in your dreams, and become the change you once needed.
My journey is far from over, but I’m proud of the path I’ve walked—from a little girl navigating complex family dynamics to a woman raising future leaders and guiding organizations through transformation. I carry my story with pride. Every tear, every triumph, every certification, and every change plan is a chapter in my legacy.
Because in the end, I’m not just changing companies—I’m changing the narrative.
