Cathleen Waters

Cathleen Lombardo-Waters is a seasoned technical project manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, large-scale projects in the energy and environmental engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CECO Environmental Corporation, she specializes in managing industrial silencers and noise reduction systems for Tier 1 and Tier 2 natural gas and military clients. Cathleen oversees multimillion-dollar contracts and collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and production teams across global fabrication sites in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Her attention to detail, strong leadership, and commitment to meeting contractual and compliance requirements have made her a highly respected figure in the field.

Cathleen began her career as an Application Engineer at Burgess-Manning, where she played a critical role in generating over $10 million annually through technical sales and process design. Over the years, she has advanced through progressively more strategic roles, including managing sales engineering teams and directing project operations at Peerless Mfg. Co. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers as a puppy raiser with Guiding Eyes for the Blind, showing her commitment to community service. A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cathleen blends technical expertise with servant leadership, delivering value to both her clients and colleagues.
