Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my ability to quickly master new skills through hands-on experience and self-education. From running a busy service department to earning my master’s degree while working full-time, I’ve learned to lead by staying adaptable, proactive, and deeply committed to both team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to practice to win, embrace failure as part of growth, and never shrink yourself to fit in—be unapologetically yourself, even if that means not everyone will like you.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is earning respect in a service environment where I may not always be taken seriously, but it's also an opportunity to lead by example—through hard work, strong leadership, and consistently delivering results as a multi-store manager.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Balance, integrity, and attention to detail are the values I hold most important—both in my work and personal life—and it's been rewarding to see more women entering this field, bringing strong multitasking skills and a clear vision to the table.
