My advice to young women entering the industry is to be yourself, stay open to growth, and don’t be afraid to volunteer for projects—opportunities come when you show up, speak up, and stay engaged.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is helping others understand how leveraging AI can streamline processes, boost team efficiency, and ultimately give valuable time back to the business.
